Brillemos for couples

Want to care for your relationship? Start with yourself.

Talk privately with a guide to understand what is happening between you and prepare a different kind of conversation. If you later choose to invite your partner, you will each have your own space before meeting together.

This may sound familiar

You do not have to be at breaking point to begin

Sometimes a relationship is not broken. It is simply full of things you do not yet know how to sort through or say.

We keep arguing about the same thing.

We live like flatmates.

I feel as if I carry the whole load.

I do not know how to say what I feel.

We love each other, but we feel far apart.

Since the baby arrived, we have barely existed as a couple.

How it works

You do not have to persuade anyone to take the first step

The work begins with you and can be useful on its own. The joint part only happens if you both want it.

Your private work still matters

Even if you never send the invitation, you finish with more clarity about what you feel, what you need and what is within your control.

  1. 01

    Choose what feels heavy today

Choose a subject, how much time you have and how deeply you want to go.

  2. 02

    Speak or write in private

The guide asks questions and helps you make sense of what happened. It does not show that conversation to your partner.

  3. 03

Invite them only if you want to

Your partner receives an invitation and prepares separately in an equally private space.

  4. 04

    Meet on different ground

Brillemos opens the dialogue with a constructive summary, manages turns and helps you end with something concrete.

Two ways to begin

A session for you. Another for both of you.

They are not the same space and neither commits you to the same path. You choose what you need now.

Just for you

An individual session about your relationship

A place without witnesses where you can look calmly at your part, without turning the session into a trial of the other person.

  • Choose the subject, time and intensity before you begin.
  • Move through three levels: notice, explore and integrate.
  • Finish with a conclusion and one small step that is yours to take.
  • Decide later whether to invite your partner or continue alone.
Private first + together

A joint couple session

Each of you prepares separately. The guide then creates shared ground without displaying either person's private words.

  • Two private preparations, with neither person able to access the other's.
  • A shared opening that brings together what matters constructively.
  • Guided dialogue with turns, pauses and the option to stop.
  • A private conclusion, a shared close and a reflection the next day.

There is somewhere to begin

From everyday friction to what is hardest to name

You do not have to squeeze your story into a generic session. Choose one of these subjects and move at your own pace.

Your way

Speak when the words come. Write when you need to.

You can switch formats during a session. You do not need to write well or know how to explain everything before you start.

Use your voice

You speak, Brillemos transcribes what you say and can read the guide's replies aloud to you.

Write it down

Read and respond at your own pace, with time to edit, pause or return to an earlier thought.

Private session

How we communicate

When that conversation starts going wrong, what do you do just before you both stop listening?
I become defensive. I think that giving ground on one thing will make it look as if everything is my fault.

Beyond one conversation

What helps the session stay with you

Small pieces that help you prepare, remember and bring what you explored into daily life.

Private invitations

You decide whether to invite your partner, when to do it and which conversation to invite them to.

Help with difficult letters

Write what you need to say and let the guide help you shape it into words the other person may be able to hear.

Questions to know each other better

Prompts designed to reveal how each person experiences the relationship, without turning it into a test.

Conclusions and history

Keep what you have understood and return when you need to pick up the thread again.

Small agreements

A conversation can end with one concrete, realistic request or commitment that can be revisited.

A check-in the next day

One brief question helps you notice what shifted after the session and what you want to care for now.

Between conversations

Audio journeys that can accompany you too

Narrated audio to listen to without having to respond: at home, on a walk or whenever you need to turn down the noise.

Privacy before performance

To speak honestly, each person needs a space of their own

Brillemos keeps private preparation separate from the shared space. Neither person is placed in charge of monitoring what the other said.

Your partner does not see your private conversation or your exact words.

If you both decide to continue, Brillemos prepares a constructive summary to open the joint meeting.

Either person can ask for a pause or stop the conversation without pointing a finger at the other.

The guide does not decide who is right or push you to reconcile or separate.

Some situations should not be mediated. If there is fear, control, threats, coercion or violence, safety and specialist human support come first. If there is immediate danger, contact your local emergency service.

Important questions

Before you begin

Can I start if my partner does not want to take part?

Yes. The individual session is designed to be useful on its own. You can understand your part more clearly and decide later whether to send an invitation.

Will my partner be able to read what I said?

They cannot access your private conversation or your exact words. If you both move into a joint session, the guide prepares a constructive summary to open the dialogue.

Is this couples therapy?

No. Brillemos is an AI-based reflection and communication guide. It does not diagnose and is not a substitute for a mental health professional.

What happens if my partner declines the invitation?

None of your private work is lost. You can continue with individual sessions, and no joint space opens without both people taking part.

Can I speak instead of writing?

Yes. You can dictate your answers and listen to the guide's replies, or write and read. You can also switch formats during a session.

When should I not use a joint session?

When there is fear, control, coercion, threats or violence. In those situations it is not safe to mediate as if both people had equal power: seek specialist human support.

Your partner does not have to start first

A relationship can begin to shift when one person looks at their part

Begin in private. Make sense of what is happening for you. Then decide calmly whether to open a conversation together.

Creating an account does not require you to invite anyone.
